Most of us are aware of the existence of a "subconscious" mind - but we don't necessarily know what it is, what it does, or how we master it.
How to use the power of the mind to get everything you want!
The truth is that your subconscious mind power is an incredible ally when you master it, but if it remains untamed, it can direct the direction of your life in undesirable ways.
The subconscious and the power of the mind
The subconscious is not something imaginary. It is very real and an integral part of you, which can help you unlock the power of your mind.
It works like a computer whose sole purpose is to create the way in which you experience life.
Throughout your life, you have programmed your subconscious mind with habits and thought beliefs. Just like any of your other habits, the thoughts you repeated to yourself became habits.
There is no difference between a habit, such as the sequence of actions you use to tie your shoes, and the habit of thinking of yourself in a certain way.
The power of repetition
Repetition creates habit. These habits of mind are combined with things you have heard from people important to you (like your parents) and your own personal experiences to form an incredibly complex web of beliefs that help you understand and negotiate the world.
The subconscious mind does not do any creative thinking, that is not its job.
He cannot distinguish between what is "imaginary" and what is "real".
Any thought that you repeat over and over again, and any visual image that you create and hold in your mind over and over again, are examples of the "operating system" of your subconscious mind.
Its job is to store, organize and interpret data from its predominant thoughts.
Your job is to attract or help him to create the circumstances that correspond to the images and thoughts you have imprinted on him, and to automate much of his behavior and thought patterns.
It is something very powerful, when you think about it. The power of the mind - and the subconscious - is something incredible.
The problem is that much of what has been imprinted or programmed into the subconscious mind could be called "faulty programming".
Examples of faulty programming are habits of thought, such as telling yourself that you can't do something, can't have something, don't deserve something, etc.
When you repeat this often enough, to the point that it becomes part of your programming, you can't help but create situations in your life that validate and express what you hold in your subconscious mind.
The conscious mind is like "the programmer". It is the thinking mind, the creative mind.
However...the conscious mind is influenced by filters that your predominant thoughts have created and stored in the subconscious.
The subconscious mind, like a computer, does not judge or discriminate between what can and cannot be achieved or obtained.
However, the conscious mind evaluates a situation and says, "you can't do this or have that" based on the programming in place within the subconscious mind!
As you can see, it can be a vicious circle.
When you learn to master your conscious mind and imprint the right programming on the subconscious, you will be absolutely unstoppable.
You will then have full control of the incredible powers of the subconscious mind to make you aware of the opportunities, people, resources, and situations you need to have or do something, and this will make your actions easy and natural.
Manifesting what you really want will be easy when you harness the power of your subconscious mind.
Understanding Reality
Physical reality, as well as your thoughts and emotions, are nothing more than energy vibrations. These "packets" of energy can behave in any way they are influenced by other "packets" of energy. This basically means that the energy of your thoughts can influence your behavior and the things you attract into your life.
What you focus on (your predominant thoughts) is what you attract.
So, think about your inner speech. What does your mind fear? What does it believe? What do you tell yourself, day after day?
What does your mind do when you introduce a new idea that is in conflict with your subconscious programming?
Most of the time, we are not aware of our inner speech.
We go through our days on autopilot - most of our actions and speech patterns are nothing but regurgitated data stored in the subconscious.
Yes, it makes life easier. Imagine how difficult it would be to think about tying your shoes every time you had to do it. It is a lot of mental effort. So the action has become automated.
Guiding your subconscious through exercises
Being aware of your inner speech will give you the information you need to master your mind.
If your circumstances are not to your liking, it is because you have been thinking and feeling in a way that has pointed your mind in a certain direction, and that is where your life is headed.
Then, when you become aware of the nature of your inner speech, you can imprint new programming and totally change the direction of your life.
It can be humbling, but exciting at the same time, to realize how powerful your thoughts are in manifesting your circumstances. The subconscious mind operates with habit.
Then, by imprinting positive, optimistic, "yes, I can do it" thoughts repeatedly until they become habits, you will replace old habits and create neural pathways based on positive "I can be/do/have..." thinking.
Change comes from within. You can change jobs, end relationships, but unless you "change your mind" within you, you will attract more of the same. Or your changes will be temporary at best.
Meditation is the best way to tune into your inner world and the images you paint.
A daily meditation practice can transform your life as you become aware of this inner world, master your mind, and reprogram your dominant thoughts.
You might be surprised how many thoughts you habitually think are actually keeping you from what you want.
But by daily practice, you can print the right schedule.
Then you will notice synchronicity everywhere.
Life will become incredibly fun when your outer world becomes a mirror to the new greatness you hold in your inner world.
A practical exercise to get you started
1. go to a quiet place where you will not be disturbed.
Lie on your back with your feet slightly apart, arms slightly extended from your body, palms facing down, and make sure you are as comfortable as possible.
You don't want anything to distract you from relaxing (i.e. sound, temperature, cell phone, etc.).
2. fix your eyes on a point on the ceiling and start taking three long, deep breaths.
Exhale deeply and slowly, and feel a wave of relaxation come over you as you let go of any worry or tension you may be feeling. On the third breath, let your eyelids close.
3. take 7 deeper breaths, each time imagining yourself sinking deeper into the bed.
With each breath, think to yourself "deeper and deeper" as your body becomes more and more relaxed.
After 7 breaths, you should be in a state of deep relaxation. If you are not, continue to breathe deeply and wait until all the muscles in your body feel completely free of tension.
When you reach this state of relaxation, your subconscious doesn't have to work as hard on things like moving muscles, tracking motor functions, and regulating temperature, so it has your full attention.
In scientific terms, your brain switches from producing Beta Waves - which are produced in your highly conscious state - and starts producing Theta Waves. These waves naturally relieve stress and allow us to influence our subconscious minds.
After you have achieved complete relaxation, start visualizing your perfect day.
One where you are the ideal version of yourself. You wake up and are immediately at the top of your game.
You have unwavering focus and determination. Spend the whole day and all the important decisions you will make as the ideal for you.
Imagine yourself as a top athlete, going through training with intensity and focus.
Imagine yourself working early, accomplishing your goals, and getting results.
These are just a few examples, so do what you think the best version of yourself would do, but focus on making the right decisions.
What will this exercise do?
This exercise will reinforce your subconscious mind to be the ideal version of yourself.
Then, when you get to the actual decisions in your day, such as making sales goals or going to the gym, your subconscious mind will begin to identify with the best version of yourself.
This will not happen overnight, but by practicing enough, the decisions will become automatic.
Try doing this exercise for 20 minutes a day and be prepared to feel the difference.
