  • 100g spaghetti
  • 50g bacon
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Directions:

How to Prepare

Add more if necessary. Add the gorgonzola cheese, the ricotta cheese, the mozzarella, the rosemary, and mix. Grate the parmesan cheese on top when serving.

Ingredients

  • 200g spaghetti
  • ½ teaspoon calabrian pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 150g bacon
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • 1 can peeled tomatoes

  • Black pepper
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

How to Prepare

In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and sauté the bacon for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until it begins to brown. Wet the skillet with the white wine and add the calabrian pepper. When the wine has evaporated, remove from the skillet and add the can of peeled tomatoes, kneading one by one with your hands. Cook for about 10 minutes,while you cook the spaghetti.

Cook the spaghetti in 2L of boiling salted water for the time indicated on the package. Drain and put in the frying pan with the tomatoes. Mix together and add the reserved bacon. Adjust the salt and black pepper and serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese.

Meat with crispy crust

This recipe is almost a traditional empanado, but it's a little different. Here's how to make it:

Ingredients

  • 50g butter room temperature
  • 50g mustard
  • 2 sprigs of thyme, leafed out
  • 150g bread flour
  • 1 piece of 400g picanha
  • Salt to taste
  • Chili pepper to taste

How to Prepare

In a bowl, mix the butter, mustard, thyme, and bread flour. Set aside. Season the steak with salt and pepper.   • 2 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • 1½ tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1¼ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • Juice of one lemon
  • One sliced lemon
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

On a board, cut the chicken breasts in half, horizontally. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

Coat the breast pieces with the flour, removing any excess. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter and olive oil, stirring well to grease the surface. Place the chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown.

Turn the chickens over and cook the other side, for another 3 to 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Remove the chickens from the pan and set aside.

Pour ¼ cup of chicken stock into the pan and dissolve any lumps that have remained on the bottom of the pan. Add the rest of the stock and stir well. Season with salt and pepper, then the lemon juice. Stir for 5 minutes. Add the chicken back to the pan and top with the lemon slices.

Pour the sauce over the chicken with a spoon. Remove from heat. The sauce will thicken as it cools. Serve with parsley and more sauce.

Cheese Fondue on bread

  • 2 small round Italian breads
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 250 gr. Gorgonzola
  • 1 cup of cream cheese
  • 1 can of Cream

How to Prepare

Take the whole crumb off the bread with your hands, but don't throw it away. Place the bread + crumb + crumb in pieces in a baking pan and bake for about 10 minutes to get it crispy.
