The story features an ordinary man (Edward Norton) unhappy with his job, his life, and the society around him. Denying it all, he teams up with Tyler Durden (responsible for the above phrase and played by Brad Pitt) to form a fight club without many rules.

Filled with violence, criticism of American society, and set phrases, this dirty feature film escapes from the aesthetics of Hollywood productions and portrays the 90's generation: empty, without big ideas, and supported by consumption. To escape from these ties and have a sense of freedom, the protagonist needs to lose everything and experience real pain.
